Well, my unit was originally listed at $200,000 for sale, an offer came in at $175,000, Robyn said be patient Steve, yours is one of the best units at the list price, please reject the offer, which I did. We both agreed to draw up a new contract for sale, this time listed at $209,000. After a lot of hard work and patience by Robyn, a buyer was found and the price of sale to the new owner was $205,500.
